First and foremost let me thank everyone who responded to the crew survey.  I really appreciate the feedback and the open and honest opinions that were shared.

Before I get to my comments on the survey results, I thought I’d share the data with you.  I’ve simply cleaned up the data to make it more presentable, but I haven’t altered the opinions expressed.  It does appear however that some answers were truncated by the survey system.

Out of the 15 people polled, we received 12 responses  to the survey – which is a great turn out.

I’m hoping to have some further summaries and observations posted later today or tomorrow.
